SHI's order entry system is customized to support
tracking of multiple Volume Licensing Programs for all customers. We establish
customer specific SKU's for each product in the customer's agreement and require the entry
of VLP agreement/enrollment numbers for each program, at the line-item level. This
means that single orders can be placed against multiple agreements or enrollments, for a
single invoice. Customer identified tracking information, such as A/P codes, department
codes, or other customer specific information can also be incorporated into the order
process to further assist our customers in managing license tracking. As an
additional service to our Enterprise Program customers, SHI can implement a zero-cost SKU
program to track licensing that has been purchased through other providers. SHI's
custom features for clean and accurate reporting result in the most comprehensive set of
license tracking reports in the industry. |
